Acceptance
By downloading or using TTTEXMAX you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms work alongside Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
What the app is
TTTEXMAX is an educational tool for learning to read crypto price charts. It shows market data, chart-reading practice rounds, calculators and lessons.
No trading, no funds
The app does not place orders, hold funds, keep a balance of any kind or connect to exchange or brokerage accounts. Practice rounds are scored on real past price moves and involve no money or prizes.
Not advice
Nothing in the app is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Readings, clues, lessons and tool results describe data and concepts; they do not tell you what to do. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose money trading them. Make your own decisions and consider independent professional advice.
Market data
Market data is provided by CoinGecko and may be delayed, incomplete or differ from the price on any particular venue. We do not guarantee its accuracy or availability.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation or the services it relies on, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The app, its lessons and its design belong to TTTEXMAX. Coin names and logos belong to their respective owners.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, TTTEXMAX is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the app or reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the update.
